The mission of the members of the Geschichteclub Stahl is to accurately and thoroughly record the historical origins of the voestalpine AG facility at Linz; and to dedicate the contribution of this endeavor to the continuing economic and cultural development of Upper Austria’s central region.
It has and continues to be our commitment to enthusiastically devote our efforts to this honorable and time consuming endeavor.
The achieves of the Geschichteclub Stahl encompass documents, publications and films which are of valuable historic significance; which in turn, just as our current efforts, create increased interest from the media, institutions and individuals, both at home and abroad.
The work of the Geschichteclub Stahl, located in the Spallerhof area of the City of Linz will never be finished. It is our belief that not only is it important to document the historical events and remarkable achievements of the Company, but also to recognize the efforts of its employees, past and present, as our legacy to future generations.
